Ethical Policy
We operate a voluntary Ethical Policy, and welcome suggestions from clients on possible additions to the policy.
Energy Efficiency
- We set our computers to hibernate after 30 minutes of inactivity
- We turn off all computer equipment out of office hours
Paperless Office
- We provide an online Client Collaboration Centre through which our clients can communicate with us electonically
- By default all billing is electronic and all account information is available within the Client Collaboration Centre
- We encourage clients to settle their account by BACS or credit card rather than with a cheque in the post
Commitment to Recycling
- We recycle paper where possible
- We recycle glass and plastic where possible
- We recycle used printer cartridges where possible
Exempt Business
We do not carry out work for any client we know to be involved in:
- Breeding/rearing/killing animals for consumption or incidental products
- Animal testing of cosmetic, household or other products
- Intensive farming methods such as caged egg production
- Blood sports of any kind
- The fur trade
- Irresponsible marketing practices in developing countries
- Tobacco product manufacture/distribution
- Supply/manufacture/transfer of arms
Ethical Banking
We bank with Co-Operative Bank, the only high street bank with an extensive ethical policy
